Because this is occupying every spare minute of free time I have.
Because I have been unable to keep up with Project 52 because of this.
Because I love watching my boys play even though Jakob’s team lost by two touchdowns and a field goal last night.
Because Nolan is in a hitting slump.
Because this is still considered America’s favorite pastime.
Because.

The two touchdowns and field goal thing totally threw me for a minute...then I figured out that was probably how bad the score was. Those are never fun games:( You took some great pics even if it is keeping your really busy!
I hear ya girl... I am right there with ya.. except our balls are green and bigger... But we get beat...ALOT! Still love softball though?
Great pics! Because you have been running too, right?
The touchdown / field goal thing threw me too! I was wondering when they switched sports and when they started playing football in the spring!
The pictures are great though! You can see how much they love it - especially in Jakob's picture.
I think this time of year is particularly busy for everyone.
LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love that last shot! And yes, sports are crazy time commitments but we do it for them anyway
That last picture is PRICELESS! His face just sums it all up in one word. I dread those days when my boys are old enough to want to play sports, honestly, but if they love it half as much as that ... well, it'll all be worth it. :)
Love the expressions on their faces. They are enjoying it even with the down times. It is harder on the parents than the kids.
Great shots!
We are in the midst of baseball here too. No games yet though. I can't wait until they start. This is Buddy's first year in machine pitch ball and I have a feeling it's going to be fun to watch.
The pictures are amazing!!!! Enjoy the season:)
Love, love, love the pictures!
*sigh* just signed up all FOUR of my kids for soccer. Should prove to be interesting trying to get them to their four different teams practices and games. I am already crazy thinking about it. Oh wait, I was already crazy. ;)
This might be one of my favorite posts that you've ever done. LOVE that last photo. You captured an entire story in one picture.
I LOVE that last photo! You need to enter it somewhere... it is priceless! Love his emotion - what an awesome kid.
(And a pretty terrific photographer)
Oh how fun! You know I love baseball pics!
Aw!
I wish Tommy had liked baseball but he would have so many meltdowns if he missed the ball :(
Great shots. I love the expression and determination on your sons face.
I'm very impressed to see that you are running. I'm on the couch to refrigerator plan myself. Just kidding.
FYI Project 52 moved to Ken Weakly. I'm hoping that you will be able to jump back in soon. I miss you!
Love love love those shots! I gave up on P52 :( I didn't want to, but after the accident I just couldn't blog for a long time, and the thought became overwhelming. Maybe next year.
I've missed ya, and those handsome boys of yours!
Ok I was like, there isn't touchdowns and field goals in baseball!! Even I know that lol. Then I got it, the number of points. Duh moment for me. Love the pics. Our season is over and Blaze has not even mentioned it haha. I think he liked it ok but he really wasn't ever "into" it. He liked the games better but I think that may have been because of the concession stand ;)
