Last night I started Week 3 of a 200 sit-ups program I am following. I did 106 sit-ups in 5 sets. It was hard.
Last night I became very, very nauseous. Never again will I eat supreme pizza and then attempt to do an unholy amount of sit-ups. My bed called my name, it was my only hope for relief.
Last night I walked Nolan to bed and told him goodnight. I couldn't bend over to give him a hug due to my extreme abdominal pain and asked him to come to me so I could give him a hug because "I feel so nauseous."
Last night in Nolan's 7 year old sweetness and empathy, he rubbed my arm and said in the most comforting voice, "I'm so sorry you're feeling obnoxious."
Last night I smiled and loved my youngest child just a little bit more.
