Slogging- It’s the “in” thing.
Remember that little ol’ goal of mine to eat less and move more? Well guess who is 1/2 way through the Couch to 5K running program?
Yes I look like I am just walking in the picture, but trust me when I say that it is honest to goodness slogging (slow jogging.) Come next week I’ll be slogging for 20 minutes straight without stopping.

WV is "ochie" - sounds like something I'd be saying with every step if I attempted to do slog right now.
Slogging would be a MAJOR improvement to what I could do now (which would MAYBE involve me crawling and gasping).

I have been watching your progress and think you are doing awesome! Chris and I actually started thec25k program but some health issues of mine flared up for a while and now that it has calmed down we need to get started again. I even bought honest to goodness workout clothes and a sports bra. I must have been serious. Way to go on keeping you goals. You are awesome.
You are rocking that C25K! Even with all of the working out I'm doing, I don't think I could slog for 20 minutes straight. I *despise* running/jogging. That's Nebalee's thing. Me? I'll walk a million miles on the treadmill or elliptical machine, but that whole running thing? So not for me.

I read through the program and it really sounds interesting! Do you have to use a stopwatch or something? I'm totally intrigued by this.
Yay for you! I didn't think I would make it to the 20 minutes, but we are moving to 25 this week! Slogging is the perfect name for what I do too:) I feel like my feet barely come off the ground, but it is more than a walk for sure!
I have the app on my ipod, but have not actually started using it yet!!!!!!!
